Mrzygłód Gravel is a scenic cycling loop designed for gravel, trekking and mountain bikes. Covering approximately 49 km, the route follows quiet asphalt roads, gravel tracks and forest trails through the beautiful Dynów Foothills, combining enjoyable riding with the opportunity to explore the peaceful landscapes of south-eastern Poland.
Most of the route passes through small villages, forests, open fields and rolling countryside typical of the Dynów Foothills. The varied surface keeps the ride interesting, while a series of moderate climbs rewards cyclists with panoramic views of the San River Valley and the surrounding hills.
Along the way, riders can discover quiet back roads, traditional rural architecture and several pleasant places to stop and enjoy the scenery. With very little traffic, the route offers an excellent opportunity to experience nature and the peaceful atmosphere of the region.
The moderate distance and reasonable amount of climbing make this route suitable both for an active weekend ride and an endurance training session. Mrzygłód Gravel combines the enjoyment of mixed-surface cycling with the chance to discover one of the most beautiful regions of south-eastern Poland.
